Candle Care:
Always trim the wick to 1/4 of an inch before each burn using a wick trimmer. When lighting your candle for the first time, let it burn for 3-4 hours to allow the melted wax to reach across the entire surface to prevent tunneling.
Candle Safety:
Place the candle vessel on a stable, heat-resistant surface that is sturdy and large enough to catch any melted wax. Don't place a burning candle near drafts, air vents, clothing, curtains or anything flammable. Always store your candles in a cool, dry and dark place. Extinguish all candles when you leave a room or before going to sleep. If the flame flickers, smokes, or gets too high, extinguish immediately. Never leave a burning candle unattended.A candle should not be burned for more than four hours at a time. Discontinue burning a candle when 1/4 inch of wax remains in the container.
